Terms of service
1. Agreement
Dash Ducks is an independent online store. By using dashducks.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.
4. Prices and errors
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Sale prices, bundle prices and promotions apply only for the time shown and can change or end without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after confirmation.
5. Product information and safety
We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours, duck designs and packaging can vary slightly from the photos. Contains small parts. Choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3. Ducks are decorative novelty items, not toys for young children, and should be kept away from heat sources. Adult supervision is recommended for children.
6. Ducking responsibly
If you leave ducks on other people's vehicles, do it respectfully: never on a moving vehicle, never in a way that blocks a driver's view, and never by entering or damaging someone else's property. You are responsible for how you use our products. Dash Ducks is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss or dispute arising from how products are used or placed.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these Terms.
8. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with your order, you agree to contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you file a payment dispute, we may share your order details, tracking, delivery confirmation and our communications with your payment provider to respond to it.
9. Website content
All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Dash Ducks and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Trademarks
Dash Ducks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jeep® or Stellantis. Jeep® is a registered trademark of FCA US LLC and is used here only to describe who our products are for.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Products are provided as described, without any other warranties beyond those required by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
